Aiming at distributed control system of ISA bus,this paper proposed a method of serial communication between PC and a middle controller in Windows;design of position measuring and motor control system to realize the real time communication between PC and many SCMs.Experiments proved the method can ensure the reliability and efficiency of the commuication.
