A Method of Assessment to Study the Dangerous Degrees of Debris Flows

By using the principle and method of fuzzy-cluster-analysis, a method of assessment to study the dangerous degrees of debris flows was presented. Taking 48 cities in Gansu province as an example, through the calculation of the fuzzy-cluster model, we have divided the debris flows into four grades, that is, extremely dangerous, dangerous, rather dangerous and general.
