Study on the application of artificial neural network-genetic algorithm in optimization of extraction process of soluble fiber from mungbean residue

The application of artificial neural network-genetic algorithm in optimization of extraction process of soluble fiber from mungbean residue was studied. The prediction model of extration ratio of soluble fiber from mungbeen was set up based on RBF neural network. The factors affecting the extration ratio were optimized using genetic algorithm. It also got the simulation results of experiment data. This method was proved to be effective through experiments.
