Component-Based Software Development is an effective way on the software reuse, the evaluation of component quality provide foundation for Component-Based Software Development. At present, the evaluation of component quality models are statically, the evaluation of component quality always same no matter in any environment. Based on ISO/IEC 9126 software quality model, a component quality index system is established. Dynamic matter-element of extenics has been introduced into evaluation model, the component quality described by dynamic matter-element, fuzzy matter-element evaluation method is applied to evaluate the quality of component. Evaluation model of component quality based on fuzzy matter-element is founded which can embody different component quality in different environment.
