Study and Application of Water Resources Dynamic Allocation System

To improve practical applicability of water resources allocation system,the paper puts forward a new method which not only visualizes network maps but also componentizes the configuration model with component technology to form a new water resources dynamic allocation system. Combining components and knowledge maps,the new system adapts to dynamic changes of water resources timely. Applications show that the system,which intelligentizes the calculation process,can reduce redevelopments and improve practical applicability significantly. Because of its dynamic nature,the new allocation of water resources system makes the work mor practical.
