Implementation of Low Speed Speech CODEC Vocoder

Based on the SELP vocoder algorithm which coding speed is 600bps, this paper brings out a kind of new speech CODEC vocoder circuit design to meet the requirement of algorithm which is complicated and large, and makes vocoder work under low speed, gets goool speech quality. Simultaneously, the reconfigurable thinking is adopted in this design. For other speech algorithm, manifold algorithm reconfigure on the same chip can be realized only by save the algorithm program to memory district.
