Design and Implement of a Multicast File Transfer System in Video Conference System over the Internet
Guiming He · Journal of Wuhan University · 2005
Proposes a new approach to implement multicast file transfer system in video conference system over the Internet based on UDP protocol. It illuminates the approach in detail, gives the communication protocols and presents a novel simple and effective method to perform broken-point continuingly-transferring.In the comparative experiments, this scheme is proved to improve data rate of transmission, occupy less network resource and be more flexible. At last, the optimization parameters are given.
