In recent years,Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command informationization construction has made great achievements,but the practice nurse management is still in the manual stage.Especially with the growth in the number of practice nurse,Department of scientific management in advance,we urgently need to address the problem of practice nurse management informationization.Using the information technology,such as computer and network we solve the problems of practice nurses arrangement and evaluation of training effect,design and implement the practice nurse comprehensive management system,and finally improve the practice nurse management efficiency and practice effect.
