Research of Combined GPS/Galileo SF Receiver

To improve the reliability of GPS receiver position precision,a new civil receiver was studied,which is based on FPGA produced by Xilinx company and Intel Pentium processor.It could receive and process all civil signals from GPS and Galileo system transmitted on L_1 frequency band.Even if GPS signal was interfered by jamming or other signals,the receiver could also receive the open signal from Galileo system and guarantee the user′s position precision.Therefore,the receiver combined GPS/Galileo can not only enhance the reliability of user′s position precision,but also has wider civil market.
