Anomalous behaviour in quoting references is getting serious.Quoting second hand references,quoting its contents but not given its original paper,forging references are the examples of these anomalous behavious.So it is necessary to take measures effectively to protect from these anomalous behavious.These important measures include demanding writer to afford original references,examining the paper together with its references,raising editors' scholarship.
