Using the methods of literature review, experiment, comparative analysis, statistics and so on,80 college students were studied on rock climbing training to evaluate the match anxiety. It proved that at the end of 16 weeks( 9h per week),compared with the control group, the experiment group has less anxiety by taking the visual motor behavior rehearsal. There is also significant difference on the score of speed rock climbing between the experiment group and control group, the experiment group better. The concept of cognizing and adjusting training is absolutely suitable to rock climbing proficiency, which means the students will have less anxiety and better motion imagery.
