An Approach to Buffer Overflow Detection Based on Memory Address Confirmation

Buffer overflow attack is often used by hackers,the attacker can get the highest authority of the computer though it ,so it poses a great threat on computer security. This paper analyses the most commonly used methods on buffer overflow defense and presents a new detecting method of buffer overflow attacks based on address confirmation ,starting by analyzing the principle of buffer overflow attacks.
