Analysis on the Problems in Current Passport Management and Countermeasures

The issue of Passport Law of PRC symbolized our country's passport management work has enter the period of application according to requirement.In current passport management,especially in the application and issue of passport,some problems demand to be resolved urgently,which influences the effective implementation of passport management work.Legislations should make out flexible system of passport application,improve registration system of national working staff,so as to better realize the function of passport,namely guarantee the citizens' entry and exit the country and maintain the country's security and stability.
