Semantic Research of Natural Language Understanding in Special Domains Based on Static Knowledge Base

The semantic procession based on static knowledge base was put forward.The semantic processions of concepts and events were analyzed.The method restricts Natural Language Understanding(NLU) in special domains,which is convenient for the realization of NLU system,and is helpful to the resolving of the interface between human and computer,automatic modeling,and so on.
