A Rate-Control Base Fair Scheduling Algorithms with Scheduler Feedback Information
Guoqiang Xiao · Journal of Southwest China Normal University · 2006
A novel rate-control fair algorithm is proposed in this paper. This algorithm can change bandwidth and delay quality of service by modified feedback condition. So it can provide the QoS(quality of service) for real time service.
