Study on the synthetic process of ethylamine from the hydrogenation of acetonitrile

With hydrogen and acetonitrile as the raw materials,elhylamine is synthesized under the help of catalyst and superfluous ammonia. The acetonitrile that is a by-product in arcylonitrile device can be directly used as the raw material. The reasonable operating conditions are as follows: temperature 100 ~ 140C , pressure 2.0 ~ 3.0 MPa, the ratio of ammonia to acetonitrile 2 ~ 5:1,and the ratio of hydrogen to acetonitrile 20 ~ 30: 1 .
