An Evaluation Method of Equipment Acquisition Contractor Selection Based on Cloud Model

Select a satisfying contractor is one of the key links to achieve the purpose of equipment acquisition.By applying the cloud model to the improvement of Delphi method,the weights of the evaluation factors are determined and the opinions of the experts are visualized.By using the theory of floating cloud and compositive cloud,the synthetic evaluation model of equipment acquisition contactor is established and the evaluation result is indicated by cloud figure or qualitative description of the distribution of cloud drops,so that the result is more intuitive and complete,which provides a tool and approach for selecting a satisfying contractor.At last,the feasibility of this evaluation model is testified by an experimental example.
