A 0-1programming model was established for a scheduling problem in hazardous environment with comprehensive consideration of factors such as the total amount of resources, the tolerance of resources for hazardous, the recovery capability, continuous working period, the amount of available resources in different period and its dynamic variation rule. Then IBM ILOG OPL optimization software was used to calculate optimal solutions based on which analysis was conducted to evaluate the influence of some critical coefficients on optimal solutions and computational efficiency.Experiment results with relevant coefficient analysis demonstrate the validity of this programming model.
