Thunder resistance and over-voltage protection of information system

Through analysis GB50057-94 Local Revised Items of Instruction Thunder Resistance Design, the form and way to lighting wave destroying information equ ipment in building are stated, and the way and measures against thunder are put forward. The concept of protected zone is analyzed, corresponding protective mea sures is adopted according to different zones, the important function of shieldi ng, ground connection and equipotential connection to preventing high potential difference is emphasized, the selection principle of surge-protector to all lev els is introduced simply.
