Evaluation of target value was the prerequisite and basis to decide assault order and strength and arrangement of artillery for commanders in battlefield.Aiming at complexity and uncertainty of information of target value evaluation index,the paper evaluated target value by using decision method based of possibility.The method used all information of index fully and brought out scientific basis to choose target rationally for commanders.
