At present,China's online game virtual items not to make clear right characterization.Basically,virtual items are legitimate property.Virtual goods and material of traditional civil law have the same characteristics.Virtual items should be classified as objects of the creditor's right.We can use both direct and indirect methods to establish law of online game virtual items.
