The tactical and terrain factors affecting electro-optical countermeasure equipments' position disposition in strategic point air defense are analyzed.And attributes assess system is established.Then the attributes are quantified and their weights are determined.Preconceived schemes are evaluated.The defects of fuzzy multiple attribute decision are solved.Finally, an instance is afforded.
