Decision tree optimization algorithm based on program transformation

The field in optimization of decision tree is noticed widely and emphatically at home and abroad,thus many optimization methods are proposed,and a large number of achievements are obtained.Tries to introduce program transformation to get more efficient decision tree algorithm based on results and conclusions that given.Firstly describes the standard ID3 decision tree algorithms in functional language Haskell which has the algebraic character,then products a highly effective and equal algorithm though the program transformation strategy.The experimental result shows that transformed algorithm is correct and highly effective.
