How to design and implement a database information universal dynamic query system based on system tables in C/S mode is introduced. On the foundation of deep research system tables and SQL syntax, makes query requirement and software apart, so that software is relatively universal, is independent ofpractice application, is independent of database schema alteration. Software use is convenient, query requirement changing does not require to modify it, only requires to modify or write related view in database serve, so it can reduces the costs of exploration and maintenance in most condition.
