In the slow fading channel, the cooperative diversity is a new space diversity mode.To enhance the performance of the cooperative communication system, a power allocation plan aiming at minimizing the interruption probability is pro- posed in this paper.A new method to optimize power allocation is put forward, which considers channel noise power of all the paths and uses the maximum ratio combination at the destination node with water-filling theory synthetically. The plan is simple and effective,it only depends on the average channel status information of the relay nodes and thus incurs little overhead.Comparison simulation and numerical result shows that significant performance gains can be achieved by using the plan.
