Application of ultrasonic measuring technology for production of packaging paperboard

This paper introduces the principle of measurement of TSO tester, and shows the measurement information produced by TSO tester, such as tensile stiffness orientation, the tensile stiffness index in machine direction TSIMD, the tensile stiffness index in cross machine direction and the ratio between TSIMD and TSICD so as to adjust the paperboard machine to optimize the products.
