After entering WTO, with the aggravation of the competition in medical market, many middle and small hospitals import not only higher academic and level talents but also advanced equipment for their survival and development,and especially pay attention to information resource construction. Information resource is the source to support hospital's sustainable development. Knowledge means creativity and it can create tens even hundreds of new values.
