Realization of Assessment System of Faculty

In order to enhance the quantification of evaluation and reduce the influence of subjective factors,an assessment system of faculty is realized,and a multi-fuzzy comprehensive weighted algorithm is proposed.The algorithm can extract much data for statistics,memory and calculation from appraisal factors,and then evaluation scores are presented.The assessment system comprehensively and objectively appraises faculty in the database,and effectively improves the objectivity.
