Study of Vertex Recognition of Digital Image Processing

We often fall across a problem of vertex recognition in the process of image measure, for example, to detect length of 2D image, area and some workpiece index. It is a representative example to measure vertex of zigzag workpiece. It includes edge detection, making binary image, vertex recognition in this process. It is necessary to eliminate the exceptional points, which lessens error rate.The paper describes the principle of the technology of digital image procession applied in untouched measure, and details the whole process of vertex recognition, and gets a kind result.
