An Enhanced TCP Congestion Control Algorithm

For the data stream disseminates fast and real-time in the network and full use of network resources,based on the original TCP algorithm,the sizes of congestion window and slow start threshold using Rtt changes are controled,OPNET simulation results show that this new algorithm can significantly reduce the transmission delay and improve utilization of bottleneck link.
