The Development Technique of C/S Application Based on MPEG-4

Introduces MPEG-4 systems concepts and then discusses the set-up procedure of an application using MPEG-4 systems. Finally,It presents a prototype implementation of a video-on-demand application by means of OMT diagrams,status diagrams and block diagrams.
