Reasonable Resolution Breast Ultrasound and X-ray Photography in the Census

Objective To study the analysis of breast ultrasound and X ray photography reasonable application method in the census and the effect.Methods Aretrospective analysis of January 2008 to June 2012 year,our hospital for breast ultrasound and X-ray examination of the data from 1000 women,according to the test results of different patients were randomly divided into four groups,each group with kappa results on consistency check.Results X-ray photography and frankincense color Doppler ultrasound examination in group Ⅰ consistent result is relatively poor;comparison group Ⅱ patients examined consistent positive rate was significant;in group Ⅲ check consistency is poor,the positive rate had a significant difference;Ⅳ group examination results have good coherence,the positive rate showed no statistical significance.Conclusion Clinical breast examination,deal with solitary nodule underwent breast X examination combined with breast ultrasonography;bilateral breast symmetry of patients with hyperplasia of color Doppler ultrasound;breast ultrasound examination no abnormalities in patients with current.
