H.264 Algorithm Based on Image Complexity Oriented SAD Calculation

Considering that H.264 standards' high coding efficiency takes high complexity of algorithm and a large amount of coding time as the cost and the difficult realization of the software and hardware,this paper,based on traditional PDE technology,puts forward lossless incomplete difference computing technology with the complexity of image transformation as the base.The experiment makes it known that when the SNR of the graph does hardly change,the coding time decreases greatly.
