A method About Mapping from SFC to AOV Graph in Embedded PLC

To realize the conversion from the Sequential Function Chart program into Ladder diagram,the idea of mapping from sequential function chart to AOV graph and its realization algorithm is introduced.First,a strict definition for the graphic network description of sequential function chart is made,and a new definition of AOV node is proposed,combines the steps with its before and after connection information and Abstract as AOV vertex,Abstract the transition as AOV arc;then made a unified expression for different structures of the sequential function chart.This algorithm provides a basis for transforming SFC into Ladder Diagram in the point of AOV and is easy to implement and.A PLC programming platform based on this algorithm is in use.
