Improvement of Addressing Based on ZigBee Cluster-tree Routing

IEEE 802.15.4/Zigbee specification which targets low data rate,low power consumption and low cost application is suitable for Wireless Sensor Network as its wireless communication technology.In the construction of Cluster-Tree WSN using IEEE 802.15.4/Zigbee,the factors which could affect the network performance should be considered.We develop an NS2 simulator for Cluster-Tree WSN.The influence to the nodes join-in success ratio caused by the position change of coordinator and the influence to the throughput and packet delivery ratio caused by the packet rate and transmission power of sensors were discussed.Then,we improve the routing with the application of routing across bad nodes,which has achieved good results.
