Design Technology of Word Alignment for Receiver Channel(1Gbps) in Stratix II Device

Stratix GX EP1SGX40G of ALTERA Company has Word alignment function,but Stratix II receiver channel does not have.Therefore,a Word-aligner,which contains word alignment engine and COMMA detector circuitry,is designed to help the receiver channel perform the function of Word alignment automatically.The result of simulation proved that the design achieved our purposes.
