Essential of Petroleum Project Management in Project Close-Out Phase

Most of petroleum project managers and teams do not realize the importance of project closure. The close-out phase of the project is much different from other phases of the project because of its close relation to the final products of the petroleum project. Problems frequently arising in the close-out phase are briefly analyzed in aspects of technology, project team and customer challenges. Then the solutions in close-out phase with respect to project target, project team, punch list and lesson learned etc are expatiated in detail.
