The system of power supply enterprise's operation unified admeasure adopts three layers structure, utilizing the tech-nology, such as GIS, Component, Internet/Intranet, etc. It has been realized for the unification of the power supply enterprise's operation and admeasure, informationization, networking, picture and text to integrate in the way of the combination of C/S structure and B/S strueture. This system has characteristic such as being strong, easy to operation, etc. The outline of the system's making up, total design and systematic characteristic was recommended.
