Legal protection of traditional culture

Traditional culture has tremendous social and economic value.Chinese traditional culture is rich,but the protection of traditional culture is unreasonable.This article probes into the main approaches to the protection of traditional culture,at the same time proposes how to improve the protection of traditional culture, through analyzing how to improve intellectual property system and government's execution functions.
