Sufficient and Necessory Conditions of the Weak Pareto-extension Rule in Group Decision Making

It was proved that the weak Pareto-extension rule satisfied the other axioms of Arrow law besides of Transitivity axiom.Moreover,the sufficient and necessary conditions of the weak Pareto-extension rule were given.Quasi-negative responsiveness,anonymity,neutrality,pareto principle and completeness are sufficient and necessary conditions which made a collective choice rule the weak pareto-extension rule.
