Transport of MPEG-4 Video Based on OpenH323

H.323 is a well-developed IP based video conference protocol,and MPEG-4 is a video compression standard with good performance.It is very important to study transport of MPEG-4 video in OpenH323 system. It can be widely used in video conference,long-range monitoring and control,interactive network video, multimedia E-mail, video news, and etc. In this paper,present a way to transport the MPEG-4 video in OpenH323 system,also compare the receiver decoded video quality with that using H.261/263.
