The multiplier effect in the development of the environmental protection industry can be found in the following aspects: the value effect,technology revolutionary effect and the harmony effect of the development of the environmental protection industry.In order to guarantee the fulfillment of the multiplier effect in the development of the environmental protection industry,the problems of the environmental protection industry should be analyzed.Based on this,the environmental protection industry in both internal and external factors should be paid much attention to and the corresponding countermeasures and proposals should be put forward.
