Energy-Efficiency MAC Protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks

The energy-efficiency of MAC protocol has direct influences on the life of WSN.Based on analyzing the factors of waste energy,the design standards and the classification methods are discussed.Some important MAC protocols are compared and analyzed around the energy-efficiency.The conclusion is that protocol has its flaws.Finally,it gives the future research direction of MAC protocol in WSN.
