Model for coefficient of thermal expansion in SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO-Na_2O-MgO glass ceramic using artificial neural network

The prediction model for the coefficient of thermal expansion in SiO 2-Al 2O 3-CaO-Na 2O-MgO glass ceramics was investigated based on artificial neural network(ANN). The results show that the precision for the model is very high and ANN is one of promising methods for materials designs and quantitative prediction of materials properties.
