Standardized scores of students,using a standard normal distribution given the division of the state space,given a calculation method of one step transition matrix,according to different state space division,given the corresponding weight matrix,and by using the weighted average determine the teaching efficiency index.Solve the students of different basis,according to the evaluation period result in correct evaluation of teaching quality issues.
