On select approach to multi-plan based on linguistic assessment information

Based on the present order of linguistic phrase,a new approach to selecting the best plan was proposed.The linguistic assessment information given by each decision maker could be aggregated by LWD and LOWA operators to obtain the group assessment information according to the linguistic phrase order.Then,the best plan could be chosen from the order.Finally,a simulation example was given to illustrate the validity of this approach.
