Research on Automatic Software Installation Technique
Ganglin Zhang · Microcomputer Information · 2010
On practical demand of installing huge amounts of software in a short time,a systematic approach of automatic software installation, based on silent install and PE file's shell recognition technique is proposed in this paper. And a suit of software installa-tion utility is developed based on the scheme. An experiment system is held and the experiment result shows that this technique can efficiently reduce the user's preparing time and operating time during a software installation procedure, with the installation efficiency improved for more than 70 percent.
