Publicly verifiable secret sharing scheme

Knapsack public-key cryptosystem is characterized by fast encryption and decryption.Based on a new knapsack algorithm,a publicly verifiable secret sharing schemes is proposed in this paper.Multi-secrets can be shared without changing the shares.Every participant is able to verify the share he receives and the information other participants show.The scheme can prevent adversaries from getting the secret or shares and the participants from cheating each other efficiently.Beacause the Williams algorithm is used in the initialization phase,the amount of calculation time is reduced.
