The scientific and technological( ST) resources connection platform is a two- sided market service platform,which can link the demand and supply group of ST resources,promote the connection of resources,and strengthen specialized services. The disign of connection platform is one important work through the whole process of platform construction. The operating mechanism of connection platform about the supply and demand of scientific and technological resources is designed according to its speciality and uniqueness. It is hopeful that study can provide some useful references for the construction of scientific and technoligical resources connection platform.
