A new Triaxiality CA Stream Encipher Algorithms Use Ellipse Curve Cipher Key(ECCTCA) based on existing encipher algorithms was presented.This encipher algorithms can produce random bits stream with Triaxiality CA,use Ellipse Curve encipher it′s key,has more bits for key,has more high security,and belong to asymmetric key encipher.
